Energy worker, intuitive healing practitioner, somatics expert, artist, mother. I have always been a highly sensitive person and in early childhood creative expression and the arts were my outlet for exploration. Seeing healing/ therapy/coaching as artforms is how I like to speak of the work I offer and support clients in.

While pursuing fine art in academia and as a career path, my artistic subject matter focused on humanity and human emotion. Overtime, it became clear that art was leading me to healing myself which then led me to desiring to heal society. the relationship between the inside and the outside, the body and the mind. Somatics and somatic psychotherapy became my passion and I received a Somatic Educator Certificate from the Moving On Center in Berlin, GE in 2013 and my MA in Somatic Psychotherapy from CIIS in 2015. Appropriately interwoven in my somatics journey was discovering my interest and gift as an energy worker formally studying Reiki and Past Life Regression Hypnosis as well as uncovering my own energetic gifts along the way.

Other parts of my identity shape what I bring to my offerings as well. One of the most important is living with chronic illness (ME/CFS and Long Covid). Understanding deeply the unique and complex journey of disability, invisible illness, and self-advocacy has directly influenced how I work and who i like to work with. The other is being a mother. The complex journey of fertility, birth trauma, postpartum, and of being a mother with chronic illness undeniably shapes my offerings and wisdom.
